In Paragon, the Lean Methodology is led by Ryan Tierney, one of the Founders of Paragon. He started on this journey eight years ago after dealing with a number of production issues and defects. Like a true Lean thinker, Ryan believed that there ‘had to be a better way’ and started on a journey (a journey which continues today) to develop a lean methodology that would create a new transformative business philosophy. Ryan quickly discovered Paul Akers, a world leading Lean thinker and has implemented Lean to the highest standard.
